Managing a Customer Relationship May 13, 2015 8:45 – 9:30 a.m.

It’s been said that customers are golden. What kind of energy goes into the relationship to make that customer a ‘golden customer’? What is it that determines how a business relationship either flourishes or flounders? The customer can feel the same way about the supplier. What is it that customers are all searching for? Sometimes, the answer(s) is easy but more often than not, work is required. Developing that trust and mutual respect takes energy…energy to build and energy to maintain.

Join us for a discussion on how to build great customer relationships at our May 13th Clever Conversation. We’ll begin at 8:45 and adjourn at 9:30. We’ll have the coffee on.
